A renowned politician and All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain in Fagge Local Government Area of Kano State, Hon. Haruna Kabiru Wakili, has congratulated the state deputy governor, Alhaji Murtala Sule Garo, on his well-deserved re-nomination as running mate by the state governor, Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf, for the 2027 governorship election.
In a congratulatory message issued to journalists, Hon. Wakili described the governor’s decision as a wise one that reflects the trust and confidence the administration has in the deputy governor.
He said: “I am fully confident that many leaders, stakeholders, and members of our great party, the APC, see this as the right decision.
“The governor’s choice demonstrates his confidence in the Deputy Governor’s loyalty, competence and invaluable contributions to this administration and to the state at large.”
Hon. Kabiru prayed for more success for the deputy governor and for the APC-led administration to continue delivering dividends of democracy to the people of the state ahead of the 2027 elections.
